Terms of Service
Welcome to Visualizer, an Android app from Redastic. By accessing or using the App, this website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Redastic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Visualizer, which creates personalized lock-screen and home-screen wallpapers of your future self from photos you choose and a goal you describe.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You must confirm this before signing in. By using Visualizer, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
3. Description of the Service
You sign in with Google, add photos of yourself, and describe a goal. The App sends selected photos and a prompt to Google Gemini to generate images, then can set those images as wallpaper on screens you allow, including on a schedule. Features, availability, and generation limits may change.
4. Your photos and content
Use photos of yourself. You must have the right to use every photo and every word you submit. You retain ownership of your photos and goal text. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service, including sending photos and prompts to Google Gemini when you generate a wallpaper. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Generated images and wallpaper
Generated images are motivational visualizations, not photographs of real events. They may be inaccurate or unexpected. The App can replace your current wallpaper on the screens you select. You can change or turn off wallpaper updates in Settings.
6. Not professional advice
Visualizer is not a health, medical, fitness, financial, or professional-advice product. If you type a health, weight, or exercise goal, that text is used only to personalize image prompts. Do not rely on the App for diagnosis, treatment, or coaching.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes
- Upload photos of other people without their permission, or any content you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or abuse generation or accounts
- Misrepresent generated images as real photographs of events that happened
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Google Sign-In, Google Gemini, Google Play, and Firebase. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of those third parties.
9. Intellectual property
The Visualizer and Redastic names, website, branding, and Service materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission, except for personal use of wallpapers generated for your account.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generated images and wallpaper scheduling are not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redastic and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
12. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
