Visualizer Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Visualizer (“the App”) and this website (collectively, the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The App is operated by Redastic. The backend is at api.redastic.com.

Short version: Visualizer creates AI-generated visualizations of your future self. You must be 18 or older. Use only photos of yourself. Do not ask the App to generate sexual content, violence, hate, or images of children. Flag anything offensive from the preview without leaving the App.

1. Who we are

Redastic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Visualizer, which creates personalized lock-screen and home-screen wallpapers of your future self from photos you choose and a goal you describe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You must confirm this before signing in. Do not create an account or upload photos if you are under that age. By using Visualizer, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

3. AI-generated visualizations

Wallpapers are AI-generated visualizations, not photographs of real future events. The App labels them as AI-generated in preview, share, and save.
You sign in with Google, add photos of yourself, and describe a goal. Generation uses your on-device reference photos with Google Gemini. Output can be inaccurate or unexpected.
You may set a visualization as wallpaper, save it, or share it. When you share or save, keep the AI-generated label so others are not misled.
The App can replace your current wallpaper on the screens you select. You can change or turn off wallpaper updates in Settings. Features, availability, and generation limits may change.

4. Photos and other people’s images

Upload recent photos of yourself only.
Do not upload photos of other people, and do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
You must have the right to use each photo and every word you submit.

You retain ownership of your photos and goal text. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service, including sending photos and prompts to Google Gemini when you generate a wallpaper. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Restricted content

You may not use the App to create, request, or share:

Sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive content
Images of children or anyone who appears under 18
Violent, hateful, or deceptive content
Impersonation of a real person other than yourself
Unlawful, harassing, or abusive use, or attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt generation

We filter prompts and model output toward these rules. Filters are not perfect. If a visualization is offensive or inappropriate, report it from the full-screen preview without leaving the App. A successful report removes it from your gallery and is used to improve moderation. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated.

6. Not professional advice

Visualizer is not a health, medical, fitness, financial, or professional-advice product. If you type a health, weight, or exercise goal, that text is used only to personalize image prompts. Do not rely on the App for diagnosis, treatment, or coaching.

7. Your account

Sign-in uses Google. You can delete your account in Settings, or request deletion from the account-deletion page. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and what remains in email backups.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Google Sign-In, Google Gemini, Google Play, and Firebase. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of those third parties.

9. Intellectual property

The Visualizer and Redastic names, website, branding, and Service materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission, except for personal use of wallpapers generated for your account.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generated images and wallpaper scheduling are not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redastic and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

12. Changes

We may update the Service or these terms as the App changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
