Welcome to Redastic. By accessing or using our website, WhatsApp verification service, or related products (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Redastic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an AI-assisted verification service that helps users evaluate the reliability of messages, images, videos, links, and other content shared through WhatsApp and related channels.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using Redastic, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
3. Description of the Service
Redastic analyzes content you send us and returns a reliability assessment, supporting context, and references to public sources when available. The Service is informational only and is provided during early access on a free or promotional basis, which may change in the future.
4. No guarantee of accuracy
Verification results are generated using automated systems and publicly available sources. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Redastic does not guarantee that any result is definitive, and you should not treat our assessments as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes
- Upload or forward content you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or abuse the Service
- Misrepresent Redastic results as official government or law-enforcement findings
- Use the Service to harass individuals or spread harmful content intentionally
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you send to Redastic. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide verification results, operate and improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as WhatsApp, AI providers, and public information sources. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of those third parties.
8. Intellectual property
The Redastic name, website, branding, and Service materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of verification results you receive.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redastic and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
11. Changes to the Service or terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
