Visualizer Privacy Policy

Visualizer (“the App”) helps you create motivational lock-screen wallpapers of your future self. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your choices. The App is operated by Redastic. The backend is at api.redastic.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile photo URL (if provided by Google). We store these to create and authenticate your account.
• Profile and goals. Optional profile fields (such as name, age, gender) and your goal details (title, reasons, desired outcomes, habits, start date) that you enter in the App are stored on our servers so we can personalize wallpaper prompts. If you describe a health, weight, or fitness goal, that text is treated as health / fitness information for that purpose.
• Reference photos (face photos). Photos you pick in the App are stored only on your device. We do not upload or permanently store those photo files on our servers. When you request a wallpaper, selected photos are sent from your device to Google’s Gemini API (as image data) solely to generate the wallpaper. Use photos of yourself.
• On-device face checks. The App checks on your phone that each reference photo shows one face and that the set looks like the same person. Those checks never leave the device.
• Generated wallpapers. Images created by Gemini are saved on your device for gallery / wallpaper use. They are not uploaded to our servers.
• Device and generation context. To size and style wallpapers, the App may send device/display metadata (for example manufacturer, model, screen size, theme colors) to our servers when requesting a generation prompt. Photos are not included in that request.
• Usage analytics and crash diagnostics. The App may use Google Firebase (Analytics and related crash reporting) to understand feature usage and reliability. These signals are processed by Google under Firebase’s terms and do not include your reference photos. Advertising ID collection is disabled.
• Feedback. Messages you send via in-app Feedback may be stored and/or emailed to our team so we can support you.
• Website visits. This site (redastic.com) is static. We do not require an account to read these pages. If analytics tools are enabled on the website, they may collect basic technical data such as browser type.

2. How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain your account
• Build prompts and generate personalized wallpapers
• Apply rate limits and prevent abuse of generation
• Improve the App using analytics and feedback signals
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing with third parties

• Google Sign-In. Authentication is provided by Google. Google’s handling of sign-in data is governed by Google’s policies.
• Google Gemini. When you generate a wallpaper, reference photos and the generation prompt (including your goal text, which may include health or fitness details) are sent from your device to Google’s Gemini API. Google processes that data under its applicable terms and privacy policy for the Gemini / Generative Language API. We do not control Google’s retention of API inputs.
• Google Firebase. Usage analytics and crash diagnostics may be processed by Google Firebase. See Google’s Firebase / Google Analytics privacy terms.
• Email delivery. In-app feedback and operational alerts may be delivered via our email provider (currently Resend) to our internal team addresses.
• Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

4. Data retention

• Account, profile, goal, and feedback records are retained while your account exists, and are deleted from the active database when you delete your account. Email deletion requests are processed manually after we verify that the request was sent from the same Google email address used to sign in. Deleted database records may remain in protected backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
• If you optionally share a reason when deleting your account, that category and any free-text note may be retained after deletion so we can improve the App. These deletion reasons are not linked to your account.
• When you delete your account in the App, we may email our team a snapshot of on-device wallpaper generation activity (including prompts and error details) so we can understand churn. That mailbox copy is not deleted with your account.
• Reference photos and generated wallpapers remain on your device until you remove them or delete your account in the App (which also clears local media for that account).
• Email copies are not deleted. This includes account-deletion correspondence and feedback emails already delivered to our support mailbox. These mailbox records may be retained indefinitely after related database records are deleted.

5. Your choices

• Remove or replace reference photos anytime in Settings
• Update profile and goal information in the App
• Permanently delete your account from Settings, or request deletion by email
• Contact us via in-app Feedback with privacy questions

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). You must confirm you are 13 or older before signing in. Do not use the App if you are under that age.

7. Security

We use industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) for API traffic. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Keep your Google account protected.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the App changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
