Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Redastic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and WhatsApp verification service (the “Service”). We designed Redastic to require no signup — privacy comes first.
1. Information we collect
Content you send for verification
When you message Redastic on WhatsApp, we receive the content you choose to share. This may include text messages, images, videos, voice notes, screenshots, links, and related metadata needed to process your request.
Contact identifiers
Through WhatsApp, we may receive your phone number and WhatsApp profile name so we can reply to your verification request. We do not require a separate Redastic account.
Waitlist and website information
If you join our early-access waitlist, we collect the information you submit through our form (typically an email address). On our website, we may collect basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and approximate usage analytics if analytics tools are enabled.
Automated processing data
To generate reliability assessments, we may temporarily process your submitted content with AI providers and retrieve publicly available source information.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide verification results and operate the Service
- Improve accuracy, safety, and product quality
- Respond to support or data requests
- Send waitlist or product updates you signed up for
- Detect abuse and protect the Service
- Comply with applicable law
We do not sell your personal data.
3. How we share information
We may share information only with:
- Service providers — such as WhatsApp/Meta messaging infrastructure, AI processing providers (for example, Google Gemini), hosting, and analytics vendors that help us run the Service
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not share your verification content publicly. Aggregated or anonymized insights may be used to improve the product without identifying you.
4. Data retention
We retain verification content and related logs only as long as needed to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time using the process described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. International processing
We may process information in countries other than where you live. When we do, we take steps designed to protect your information in accordance with this policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you acknowledge the updated policy.
