Delete your Visualizer account and data

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open Visualizer and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to the account section and select Delete account.
4. Review the notice and confirm Delete account.

This is the fastest option and takes effect immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email redastics@gmail.com with the subject “Visualizer account deletion request.” You must send the request from the same Google email address you use to sign in to Visualizer.

Requests sent from another address cannot be processed. After verifying that the request came from the account owner, our team will manually delete the account’s database records. Never send your password or Google verification codes.

What deletion covers

Database data deleted

• Your Visualizer account and Google sign-in association
• Your stored profile information and goals
• Your feedback records stored in the Visualizer database

Data stored on your device

Reference photos and generated wallpapers are stored on your device, not on Visualizer servers. In-app account deletion removes this local data. For an email request, delete those files or clear Visualizer’s app data on your device.

Data retained

Deleted server data may remain in protected backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten. A deletion reason you voluntarily provide may be retained without a link to your account.

Email copies are not deleted. This includes your deletion request, replies used to verify and process it, and any feedback emails previously delivered to our support mailbox. These mailbox records may be retained indefinitely, even after the corresponding database records are deleted.

Data independently processed by services such as Google Gemini and Firebase is governed by those services’ retention terms.
