Data Deletion Instructions
Redastic does not require an account to use the Service. If you have interacted with us on WhatsApp, joined our waitlist, or otherwise shared personal data, you can request that we delete it by email.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to privacy@redastic.com.

Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The phone number you used with Redastic on WhatsApp
- Any waitlist email address you want removed
- A clear request, for example: “Please delete all my data associated with this phone number / email.”
- We will confirm receipt by email and complete deletion of personal data we control, subject to any limited records we must keep for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
What we delete
When we process a valid request, we delete or anonymize:
- Verification messages and media you sent us, where retained
- Associated conversation history tied to your phone number
- Waitlist email or contact details you asked us to remove
- Other personal identifiers reasonably linked to your request
What we may retain
We may retain limited information when required by law, needed to resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or prevent fraud and abuse. Where possible, retained data is minimized and kept only for as long as necessary.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request. You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been handled.
Meta / Facebook platform users
If you connected to Redastic through a Meta product or app integration, you may also remove Redastic’s access from your Meta account settings. After removing access, email us at privacy@redastic.com if you want Redastic to delete data we already stored.
